Bedford Town FCEagles Youth Squads
Are Looking to Recruit a
Youth Development Officer
(minimum requirement FA Level 2)
We are looking for an individual to help develop our youth coaches and players to the highest standard outside of the football league.
Duties include:
* Overseeing Coach Development.
* Overseeing Player Development.
* Liaising with Partnership Clubs & The Beds FA.
* Identifying Talented Youth Players for Future Development.
* Occasional Coaching Sessions/Demo Sessions.
* Reporting to the Main Club/Youth Managers.
The Eagles Youth Squads play in the Eastern Junior Alliance League, Chiltern Youth League & Bedfordshire Mini Soccer League.
This position will suit an individual who is fully committed to the progression of Bedford Town FC by implementing our youth policy.
This is a non paid position, you will be reimbursed for all out of pocket expenses.
